Looking for someone whom has successfully performed a conversion from belt to chain final drive. The customer, and I, are tired of chasing rear belt noise and shudder-under-acceleration on a 2004 BD Chopper, left side drive. I have done plenty of chain conversions on Harleys, over the years, and I don't see why this would be any different. Just looking for someone whom already has either part numbers or specs regarding spacing, offset etc... I can machine spacers as needed, but don't want the bike down in MY garage while waiting on parts arrival. Looking for front sprocket offset and rear sprocket offset. Thanks.

Yes to the intro Vince. Sounds like ya might know a little bit about this stuff, but could ya let us know a bit about you ?
So far I got that ya was a 25 year tech on H.D.s , and I see you're from Huntington, (Indiana, West Virginia, or New York?) Sounds like ya maybe race occasionally.
Married ? kids? And for sure a pic of that Pitbull! I do love them Pits
