Thanks to all for the post on the rattle noise coming from the tank. I followed Juices direction on taking out the vent tube. Thanks Juice, The only difference that I did was the vent tube was broken at the bottom. I was able to take the top of the vent tube out without drilling, which help by not having metal shavings in the tank. Since the bottom was already loose, I put pliers on the vent tube at the top to hold it and stuck an allen inside the vent tube and worked it back and forth about 20 times and broke the weld, once the weld was broken i took hammer and tapped the end of the allen and it popped the vent tube free. From there i had to bend the tube about 4 times to get it out.
