I got the felt bobs in yesterday and everything is on hold until I get my bike back... Having something done to take it to the next level.. Will do some before and after pics when I get to them jugs...

For those who like to use 'elbow grease' a plain ol' paint stick wrapped in a soft cotton cloth/tee shirt, etc. works pretty good between the fins. But not shiny enough for me...Ill be ordering the felt bobs! I have used bobs on the metal portion of the stock pegs (which get pretty nasty and hard to clean) and they work very well. BUT...use the medium or soft bobs- the hard bobs can chew up your rubber! (I'l defer to TS for any additional commentary on that one!)

My word of advice to you guys is if you’re using a buffing compound on your bobs is not to stay in one place for too long or you will get dips in your fins. Not a pretty sight. Keep your dermal moving back and forth at all times. And yes the end result is well worth it.

Just went through ordering a bunch of these items from them and after all that i have to send them a check or money order !! Pain in the ass when they don't take credit cards. I assume someone here has ordered through them and they are legit?? Not that it is alot of money but i hate to get taken for a ride.

Haven't posted much on this site, but I have come up with a pretty good way to clean and polish the fins on my bike. I use foam paintbrushes. They fit snug between the fins and do pretty good job of polishing them up. You will need to find the better quality foam brushes that have a good dense foam and a sturdy plastic insert inside. You can pretty much rub like hell and not worry about screw driver or stick breaking through the material and scratching the shit out of your bike.
It probably won't shine it like machine polishing with the dremel, but at least you don't have to worry about burning in divits or the machine binding up and flying god knows where.
