Recently got a 2006 K9. I'm the one that posted "pulling the trigger" post. Well, picked up the dog from the shipper about 8 miles from home. Ran great on the way home. Spent the next few days polishing and checking everything since the weather was bad. Finally got a day when I was free and the weather decent. Drove it for a few miles and decided to see what it had. Was impressed as I ran through a few gears. When I let out of it she started caughing and acting like it was running out of fuel. Bumped the throttle a few times and it cleared. Rode a few more miles then got into it again. Did the same only it wouldn't clear. Was able to get back to my shop. Drained the tank, checked the screen in the petcock, dropped the carb bowl, cleaned everything. No trash to speak of. Next day she cranked good, idled good so I hit the road. Bout a mile out it started again. I stopped, she cranked fine, another half mile and did it again. Stopped, cranked fine and limped home. Any thoughts? 117, G carb, stock ignition. At work today. Get back at it tomorrow.
