Good morning all,
I did a search on this but couldn't find similar issues so I thought I'd ask here. I have an '04 Chopper DT 107ci with about 10.7k miles, stock air breather, Mean Mother exhaust, the rest is stock. When I remove the air cleaner cover to check the filter, the backside of the filter cover is covered with oil, and to some degree, the filter as well. Is this normal? If not what should I check for? In the last 300 miles, I've pulled the cover twice, and both times have had a pretty heavy oil film on the cover. My bike doesn't smoke at all so I'm assuming that the rings are good, right?
thanks for all of your help!
