Sorry Lorenzo, I'm going to argue your point. Do not remove the plug in the bottom of the engine. If you mess up the threads, it is not a cheap repair. Undo the clamp holding the end of your drain line, so you can get to it easily, when the engine and exhaust is hot. Ride the bike for several miles to get it good and warm, and the oil pumped back to the tank. Pull the drain plug and drain the tank, with the fill cap off. Slide a thin piece of cardboard under your oil filter, and remove it. That little bit of oil left in the engine will not be a problem.
