No Start issue (I searched)

Ok so I have not posted here in a long while, probably because the bike hasn't been on the road in a long time...

I have a 2002 Pitbull. I have pretty much stock bike at least concerning motor and trans. I do have compression reliefs. (typical mods exhaust thunder jet, nothing major)

When the issue started I would ride the bike for a while then after stopping for just about any amount of time it would not start. I thought it was my starter (had an aftermarket chrome starter in it) put the stock on back in. Well the bike then sat for a while and I had to rebuild the carb and a new thunder jet line from sitting.

So here I am now. I have a known good starter, new battery, fuel, but no start. No crank, no engaging of the starter.

So far I have tested the battery (13V when not running)
Tested the switch at the handle bar (has power when activated)
No power at the starter solenoid (jumped the starter to the battery and it did engage)

Took the console off for the first time and forgive me since most of the work was done by the dealer before, but I see the ignition control module and the ECH. I am not 100% how the ECH works but I need to know how to test these parts.

Oh, I do here a click from the ECH when I press the start button.

I do NOT have a red light lit up on the ignition module though.

Does the ECH light up or have any indicators?

Just want to make sure I test everything right and know the parameters they should be operating in.

Any insight is appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

There is a starter relay switch under the ign. module, small black, kind of looks like a
big fuse, it has 2 prongs that plug in, put a jumper wire in and test, if it starts
go to any harley shop ask for a starter relay switch.
