Hi everyone, just after some advice please.
I went to start my bike yesterday (2002 mastiff, 107ci) and found no spark. I removed the centre cover on the tanks and found that the LED is not pulsing on the thunderhart ignition. I have already bypassed the plug (soldered the wires) from the sensor that feeds the ignition. I removed the cover and sprayed freeze spray on the sensor and it started working for a few seconds, i then wanted to prove that it was faulty so i put a heat gun on it, and then freeze spray again.....but i cant get it to work again at all.....
Can anyone please advise on how reliable these sensors are (are they called the crank sensor?) and also where i can get one from.
Being in NZ, there are not really big dog parts around but there are plenty of shops selling Harley parts....what are my options with replacement sensors???
