That’s good shit!Yep, I've done my 330 a couple of times and used it to change my 305 tires on my truck many times.
Lubrication and practice makes it very easy. There are Youtube videos from No Mar that are good also.

Yep tried those, you will see today! Lol. I even have 3 of them it barely pushes it down more than a 1/4" the sidewall is too narrow on our 300 it requires significantly more pressure.they make these to help push down on the tire

Where do you order "Mr Buffer" from. I tried to google it and cant seem to find anyplace that sells it?Mr Buffer polish. best i have found .. have to order it though. dont forget to change the bearings and add dina beads.
You can lube it up and pull it off by hand once this is doneGood luck with the rear today...its a pain in the ass. Hardest part is to remove just cut it. That's what I'm doing next time, seems like a sharp razor blade is what Ker uses, not sure If anyone has any better options.
I've been trying to come up with a way to help push the tire down into the drop center when mounting it. I thought of mounting a bottle Jack t the arm of the unit to help push it down which would make getting the tire ON and OFF easier.
Also throw the new tire out in the Texas sun for a few hours before you try mounting it. That will help soften it up for you.

The 330 Rim actually has a deeper dish which probably makes it grab and hold easier, especially getting the tool down there to take the tire off.I wonder why I don't seem to have a hard time getting tires off and on. Most of the time I wish I had more to do with the setup time being included! Are you using enough lubrication? Maybe I'm doing something a little different and don't really think about it since I've been changing tires manually since I was a teenager!
well its been a while since i had to order any. guess they went out of business. it takes very little to polish aluminum with this stuff.Where do you order "Mr Buffer" from. I tried to google it and cant seem to find anyplace that sells it?
well dang it...how am I suppose to make my wheels look as good as yours when the dang company goes under?...lolwell its been a while since i had to order any. guess they went out of business. it takes very little to polish aluminum with this stuff.
View attachment 59936Thanks for sharing the how togot it done today. did cut the tire in half.... came off alot easier. the first half of the new tire just fell on with a little pressure. the top section took a little force and mods on the bead seating arm. took one of the no mar prongs off and it helped a bunch. was to much to stretch with both bead seating prongs on it.

i used my cordless sawzall with a shorty metal blade ..once i got a hole started, i stuck it inside and turned around where it was cutting from the inside out... that way it would pull the rubber into the blade and keep from hitting the rim if it did. ... took about a minute to run all the way around.Good luck with the rear today...its a pain in the ass. How did the mounting go? Sawzall makes sense with a tiny bladei used my cordless sawzall with a shorty metal blade ..once i got a hole started, i stuck it inside and turned around where it was cutting from the inside out... that way it would pull the rubber into the blade and keep from hitting the rim if it did. ... took about a minute to run all the way around.
i actually stuck a wratchet srap around the the tire pulling it down together and then at the right area i used the bead breaker tool to push down on the tire to keep it down some.. i had to tie the bead breaker arm down to the tire machine sine i was a one man show. YOU GOT TO IMPROVISEYep tried those, you will see today! Lol. Actually if you got someone to hold down 1 or 2 tire spoons they make that would be a lot better to push it down. That's what I plan on doing next time.

Yea I got the cycle hill changer and the bead breaker is on the floor. Makes breaking the bead easy but I see how you could leverage it to do that. yea tried for 5 minutes just trying to get the demount bar under the tire. screw that and got the sawzall. knew it would cut the tire since i used it to cut the old tire when i made the clocks.Yea I got the cycle hill changer and the bead breaker is on the floor. I'm a one man show too usually and yea I didn't cut the tire either and demounted it the supposedly easy way. Ill never do that again it took longer fighting to demount than to even put it on that's for sure.
