I have proven myself to be more than capable to tear things apart.... the worry is... will I be able to .... put it together...???

Usually, once I´ve blown "something" off/out.... I just go/make my way back to Base!
You'll be able to put it together, Andrew will walk you thru it, and taking the top covers off will tell you if anything else needs work

He doesn't have to worry about all that, he just needs to make sure to not loose any parts so when I get there I can put it back together easy :D
Remember, ziplock bags are your friend with hardware :2thumbs:

On it Stephen, Andrew might come to Spain in May and bring the necessary...

I have a set of S&S 4 1/8" SSW cylinder heads in stock. I'm going to set them up with new guides, oversized intake & exhaust valves, 5 angle intake cut, and full radius exhaust cut valve job, Viton seals, .650" lift springs, and spindrop to fix the quench. I'll wait on the compression until they're sold, so I can set them up for the buyers combo(cam & cubic inches). I'm going to offer them several ways: polished, polished & diamond cut. With new compression releases, without, or using your compression releases. With my current workload, I might not be able to finish them until after Bike Week. The heads can be bought outright, or on an exchange basis.
John
On another note, the dyno sheet shows my heavy hitters for 2012, & 2013.:2thumbs:

2012 - 131" cu. in. Jims Twincam motor = 151.38 hp. SAE. It's in a 2004 SE Electraglide. Blue line
2013 - 124" S&S Twin Cam motor = 163.35 hp. SAE. It's in a 2005 Road King. Red line.
