Great idea and how to !!!
I'm thinking of just sliding the entire rubber onto the bare foot peg then cutting off how much is needed on another one so as to have it all covered in rubber.
Yea I know I'm lazy :)

That works too! I actually saw the same kind of rubber fitting that was a little thicker material compared to what I used. I just recently found a good deal on a set of good stock pegs so I swapped them on for now.

I forget if it was Lowes or Home Depot, I just happened to be shopping and saw them and thought they might be better, but never got them. Figure thicker the rubber the better. You might have to just go look around to see what they have. If you do happen to find them, let me know, and if I happen to spot them again I'll let you know.

Well I didn't get even close to another 7 years until they started to come apart, so I tried a few things.

Holy crap brudda! How the hell did ya wear those out so quickly? You only got like 18,000 miles on your bike right? WTF? Just don't seem like they should be bad already, I have 18,500 on my Mastiff and they still look new! You gotta get some different shoes to ride in wanker,

Yeah but how many years did you ride yours while it was always on the stand?
