New air filter

Removed the plug didn't have a chance to ride it yet. Pulled the primary vent bleed jet. Which is a .060 decided to install it and test it with the plug removed. If that doesn't fix it then I will go up on the bleed jet

You running the spike up or forward. I prefer up look but some guys running it forward say they have never been able to dial it in although I've never tried myself.
