If replacing the bent pushrod doesn't do it, I will dig into the top end next.
Bent pushrod will sure make it noisy! I imagine would have an impact on oil pressure too at lower rpm which is your problem. Hopefully this is all that is wrong.

Wanted to give everyone an update on this issue...

I had the bike running great now for 2 weeks but I didn't want to post all is well and then it blow up. I decided to go back to the source so I removed my oil pump and bought a rebuild kit. The kits come with everything but the gears and housing for only $14. My gears and my housing looked pretty good so no need to spend the extra money if it wasn't needed. I didn't necessarily see anything that was worn but the seal on the shaft was pretty loose so I changed it with the new one. I put everything back together tried to fire it up and no oil pressure. I primed the oil pump but not in the traditional way. See next paragraph.

I went to my local hardware store and bought some 1/2" clear tubing to hook onto the fitting of the oil feed line. I removed the stainless oil feed line and pressed one end of the 1/2" tubing over the fitting. On the other end I pushed a cheap funnel I had into it and filled with oil. I removed Check Ball screw from the oil pump body and removed springs and internals. I rotated the rear tire in 6th gear until the chamber filled with oil. I placed the screws and internals back into the oil pump to seal up the unit. I then removed the pressure gauge and rotated the tire again until it filled.

When I went to fire up the bike again everything looked great! Had killer oil pressure! Mind you it was after first starting up, so I knew it would be high. The real test was when the engine was warm. Went for a ride. Bike did great! No drops in oil pressure what so ever. At idle the oil pressure no reads at 15-10 psi at 1000 RPMs with a warm engine. Engine is quiet as ever! Big props to @Marky-Marc for all the help!
