Nice Work Five. :up: you the man. Although WTF is going on with this settlement ? How is this not cut and dry? Her insurance dragging their feet?
Once you get the hang of it painting a single color is not too hard actually hardest part is keeping the dust off IMO. You need to work it right and you can always start over albeit a pain in the ass. Curious how many clear coats did you apply? I wouldn't do anyless than 3 and I have done 5 on a car before :up: Now you just gotta sand it and buff
With small tins how did a 10 gallon compressor work out? Were you doing a little waiting?
Short Story:
I didn't have money to paint my car when I was younger me and a buddy took over my dads garage dropped plastic on the floor and walls and lit it up. We ran a small air compressor into a 80 gallon holding tank. We would have to wait to the tank filled up with air so we can shoot for a decent amount of time. Ahh good times! Actually it came out pretty damn good!

Yeah that was a big concern of mine.... the little 2.5 HP kept up pretty good...i'm 35 psi at the gun and I have the regulator set at 50psi at the outlet on the compressor... compressor kicks on when it falls below 90 psi and fills the tank to 125psi within 30 seconds.... so no waiting. spraying is fun... cleaning the gun is a bitch.
