I figured you were, it does seem strange for someone to come on about discussing MC biz and yet their web site has more on about their workings than any other that I can recall.
I also find it odd that on their home page they state at the bottom "We claim no Territory, City or State" yet some of the pictures show some sporting lower state rockers.
May be a very good club, maybe we will hear and see more of them as time goes by.

I do not think that they are law enforcement related. The majority of LE mc clubs out there are quite specific on their websites as to members being police officers. Though some of the police clubs are a mixture of LE/Civilian/military/Fire, if the majority is in LE it is clearly indicated. I do not see any such indications on the Legion club.
A 99%er club.Roaddawg, I was reading between the lines a lil when their rules stated they follow all local, city, county fed laws. What club besides a LEO type would do that?
Could be a leo biker sting club?
If you look deeper into it you will find older sites where they openly claim to be a LEO club. They have a 3 piece patch with a state bottom rocker and they are looking to start chapters anywhere and also talk about nomads on there forum that is open to the public. If this is a club you are looking into be very careful at the very least they are breaking some big rules and the only clubs I know that do this also have a badge to back them up. But then again it wouldn't be the first time today I was wrong about something. How do you get all bent outta shape when all your business is printed on a website along with a open forum.

Also found an old link to a PA Chapter of Legion on one of the MC Club info sites; Do not know how accurate their information was at that time, but what was posted in part of the link was
"If you are a member of the law enforcement community in the Central Pennsylvania Area and are looking for a place to enjoy some good times with fellow LE brothers and sisters on and off our bikes and want to serve the community while you ride, the LEGION MC PA may be for you."
This was on the web site link at www.mymotorcycleclub.com under Legion. The link also sent it to the site that was posted here earlier.

I don't claim to know much about this club except what I read on their site and a few other sites. I'm just saying they seem to be trying to expand their club without any thought as to how things are done in the MC world and the clubs who usually do this are the LEO clubs. If they continue to grow and don't get shut down then chances are they are a cop club. I guess I wasn't being honest before I do have a problem with LEO clubs because many times they make up their own rules as they go and pull out that tin badge when things get rough. And maybe it's just me but they seem to have gotten their bylaws almost word for word from another site. Is it possible some clubs are popping up looking to maybe "catch" some guys who have been watching too much t.v. and think they know something about being in a club and wearing a patch. So be careful out there and remember sometimes just talking about things in a group is enough to get you locked up.
Did anyone try to contact Legion to see what their club was about..NO I've been with them for years and the club is not a LE. the post you guys have seen was posted by a member that was kicked out of the club for stealing from his brother. We are not a 1% club we are however a old style club that beleaves in brotherhood. Where ever there is a chapter we go though the right people to have one there. Heres the thing if you want to know something contact that person an ask,, don't think you know the answer with out asking first, thats how s*** gets started!!! we respect all clubs!!!!!!!!
