As much as they seem to want to hide it they are a law enforcement club. They seem to go out of their way to not mention this but is seems to be the case. If they are law enforcement and don't want it to be known they must be doing it for a reason but if you do a detailed search you will find older places where they listed themselves as this and the founder/pres has changed his name too. So whatever the reason they are putting their image out like this just know at the very least in the not to distant past they were an open LEO club so go in knowing this and if this is what you are looking for then have at it. And I don't have a problem with LEO clubs but this one seems to be acting a little strange.

Never seen them in my area or anywhere near by. I will say that the link seems to have allot of information on it though from general rules to fees and what not. Not something you normally find on MC website with that much detail.
We are bound by our International bylaws, chapter rules and standards and of course the laws of our local, county, state and federal jurisdictions where we live and work.
Not many clubs seem to care about societys laws, yet this group is bound by them.
They also are a new group and there is no mention of belonging to the COC.

Guide lines on setting up a Legion Chapter
So you want to start a Legion Chapter in your area. Legion MC is growing fast and were always looking to open new chapters. But if your not sure or your not in the rank to make a change don't contact us untill you do.
You or your club needs to read our guide lines, rules, prospects, and fee's. If you or your club can agree to these guideline, then contact us.
To start a Legion MC chapter, you will need to send in the following.
A) Charter rank list:
1) President
2) Vice President
3) Treasurer
4) Secretary
5) Road Capt.
6) Sgt. of Arms (1 or 2)
B) Chapter Fees
1) $150.00 for Club colors
2) $150.00 is for Annual dues
3) $ 25.00 is for first month each member
As a new chapter you will be required to bring in between 5 and 15 prospects within the first year, after that it's open.
If you're ready, committed and want to move forward, just e-mail us through our Email oger@legionmc.com.
We're interested in meeting new brothers who are good people looking for a reputable, quality club that they can be proud of, and of course, a chapter of their own in their home region.

Hell it is all on their web site. Sounds like allot more info is given on the site for those that may be interested. Not something you would see on say a typical 1% MC Web Site for sure, so I have a feeling they are not trying to be one of those. Maybe a LEO or similar club.
