Just had by bike dynoed. XXX carb, s&s 600 camshaft, s&s dual tuned intake, v&h br with thunder city baffles...108 hp, 121 footpounds torque.
After compression change and thunderheart programmable ignition. 126 hp, 136 footpounds torque. Pretty nice upgrade and the bike runs like a scalded dog!

Just got my bike, a 2005 Chopper, dyno'd today after installing Bassani Pro-Sreet pipes and the Triple X Super 'E' carb. The engine is stock except for the K&N air filter with the front plate removed.

Before installing the pipes and carb I was getting 80 HP and 101 ft-lbs torque. Now I'm getting 106 HP and 115 ft-lbs torque!!!

Here's the dyno chart with the red being the "before", and the green "after".

Yep, so much for all those that dog out the 05's. My last dyno was 104 so your bike is running great. And you have a lot of miles on that old thing too!!!

Good job. :D

Yeah, I was very pleased with the results.

One thing I forgot to mention in my dyno chart post is that I did remove the restrictor plates. Funny thing is that the dyno guy didn't think that removing those and staying with a Super 'E' carb, even though it's the upgraded version from Triple X, would do much good as I still had the stock intake manifold. Maybe he's just not that familiar with the carb and restrictors. Regardless, I think he ended being as pleased as I!

Now I just have to get the bracket for the new pipes a bit more dialed in. I used the one supplied with the pipes, which has 2 holes that don't line up with the tranny bolts, and a hunk of metal bolted up to that to get it to reach the pipe's bracket holes.

By the way Raywood, does your bike also have two holes located towards the rear where mine had an exhaust bracket? You can see them in the picture below located just behind the bottom pipe. May need to figure out a way to cover them up.

By the way, my bike will be turning 49,000 miles this weekend!
