I usually bring plates, cups, plastic ware, about 70 non alcoholic beverages, French Fries and some sort of main coarse for one meal ...
So... last year there was an abundance of plates, plastic ware and maybe cups left . So once out there I'll get with Dave and Buffy and see if my memory is correct and fill any/all voids of these items .
I will round up the beverages, French Fries and get a main coarse for a meal .. Menu of that TBD . Thinking two French Fry stations since they've been slow to the table with one. I have the required equipment to make this happen on hand .
Please no comments on past preformances LMAO !

I guess since I’m hosting this thing and I don’t care when anyone shows up or when it is . The place is open to you guys at anytime. But !!!! Have we really settled in on dates? There appears to be some confusion coming from many different parts of the country. I understand Keith and company are going out west than coming back here and want everyone to be on the same page.
Bikes ,Blue and BBQ dates are Sep 18 - Sep 21 - 2024. I cant care any less about this liberal Walton Yuppy fest and won’t attend but thought I’d throw this out there to either take away or add to the confusion.
im not really sure where the dates got wonked up or how but as of now some are goin to be a week late.

Well, since I've been coming we've timed it to match BB&BBQ and I think that's a decent plan.
It provides the option to hit the vendors at the Harley dealer and get the nessecities and even more important is the ability to hit Twin Peaks -- You never know if what I'm riding needs to be washed after all.
Early in this thread I susggest 19-22 (thur-Sun) as that's the usual 3rd weekedn in Sep.
This is IMPORTANT to those (few) of us who ride to this event. Going later than this pushes the chances of colder weather and requires more wide range luggage. Now I'm guessing that the 2 of us most affected by this are Minuteman and myself and Minuteman much ore than me.
As of now Keith, Chong and I are on track for the 19-22 (probably earlier than that) Going later than that this year would make me reconsider our plan to do the black hills before coming to The Farm -- The earlier we are in Sep in SD, I figure the better -- as it gets later those mountinas are going to get colder and potentially snowier -- I have ZERO desire to discover how the K-9 deals with SNOW.
This year, these dates alsoallow me to get home before Myrtle Beach Bike Week.
If we are going to change this, please, please do it QUICKLY as I am getting ready to make reservations in SD and along my route.
Worse case scenario -- Dave and Buffy get to put up with just the 3 of us for a week than the rest of you afterwards!

Thankyou guys for clarifying that can’t wait till you all get here. Buff and i are excited and She’s already started makeing plans for that week. Keith on the other hand might just have the farm to himself if he wants to run around neked. Jonathon has a little surprise for everyone that Week as well. You all come early and stay late.

Okay I am going to Bikefest Lake of the Ozark on the 12, and staying there till I head for the Farm. I hope to see everyone at the Farm, I'll be rolling in on the 19th staying till 22nd, then head to Texas. Hoping to get all cleared up from my Dizziness, almost 9 months now. Going through Therapy now, and just came down with Covid this past Friday, but all better now.
