Well as Im always up early I will do breakfast. Jonathan is bringing venison and possibly a whole hog? So Ima say he gonna do deer steaks, n I'll pitch in on the hog roast.

I think Chong bringing a french fryer, I can throw together whatever sides needed. Im sure we can rustle up another fryer.

Yep, 20lbs potatoes, peanut oil, coarse sea salt, vinegar , & whole potato FF press/cutter.

I checked the freezers n discovered I only have 2 racks of ribs but I did find a decent size pork belly. So.....Ima bring 4-5 lbs of fresh smoked bacon in addition to the ribs n brisket.
