Not an issue, there is two screws on the front of the dash (one on each side of the frame that hold the front. If not mistkaen it takes like a 5/32 allen head socket.
On the rear is a single nut to the pin bolt. Take the seat off. disconnect battery, get an extension with socket and slide it in there, think it is like 7/16. Loosen the nut up just enough to allow the pin to slide in the elongated slot. Push forward and the pin on the rear will come out of the rubber gromment on the mount of the dash. Remove.
If it is just loose, loctite the two on the front, and on the rear, slide the pin bolt up to where it holding the dash down tight and tighten. Should have a lock washer.
Suggestion is that the front two screws that go to dash go through a mount that is attached to frame. I occassionaly will take mine off, and make sure the mount to the frame is tight with loctite.
The dashes are PITA, and can make for misarable noise if they come loose.
