:roll::roll::roll:THAT SHIT IS FUNNY:bang::bang::bang:

HELP:

Ya, drink about a six pack and take a nerve relaxing pill or do a joint. Then try to twist off the outer ring using a rubber pair of gloves. When that doesn't work take a rubber mallet and hit the outer ring until your arm is sore then go back to the rubber glove.

In a few days when you get the outer ring off you will see a second ring on the inside. Get your rubber mallet and a BIG screw driver and bang at it until it comes off or you give up. In a couple of days when it comes off you can take the lens out (if you haven't cracked it or broken it in a hundred pieces) and the H-4 bulb. The LED will fit where the H-4 did and just plug it in.

Putting it back together the rubber gasket will fall off the outside shell which you won't be able to hold in place when you put it back together so you will toss it and your headlight will leak and rattle.

You will love the LED but hate yourself for not doing it right.

Have fun! :up: :cheers:

Morning Mittens, I guess I'm the "dude" that you are talking about, but In no way was I bitching about the light that I purchased from Curtis. I just asked a simple or what I took for simple question that asked if anyone besides myself had heard the fan motor running when the ignition key was turned on. Some did and some didn't .If I would have thought I had a problem with the light I would have sent Curtis an email or pm. I was taught at an early age when running equipment and it makes a different noise or vibration it is trying to tell you something. I did watch/listen to your video but didn't hear shit:). I'm tickled shitless that you got a quite one. Enjoy.

I was not meaning to come off, liek a jerk. I just meant bitching as in asking/ complaining. Not like a bad thing I bitch about things too! ha.

and then Kap asked for a video of one mounted and I happen to remember in the garage the other day. You can hear it in the cup, but like i said, 6 foot away you cant not. its fait close up.

Vibrations and noises are a tell tell sign i agree.

Fastest shipping, great price, and awesome light: THANK YOU CURTIS!

I do have a question though... installed the LED in my Adjure bucket and lens. Low beams look good, but when I hit the highs the light actually lights up the ground lower than more out front in the road. If I look at the light when I hit turn on highs the bottom section of bucket lights up... is that correct?

Possible Adjure lens holds the light upside down?

Just looking for some feedback, couldn't be happier with product itself.

Yes, if that is occurring then the adjure is upside down.
When seen through the front of the adjure the LED looks like a pyramid.
One pad facing down and the other two facing up at 45 degree angles.

:confused:you don't have a High/Low headlight switch?

If you do, 2 of the 3 for low, and all 3 for high would be my guess, ain't like you can look at it when its on
