I am so grateful you are okay!!! I still can't get over the photos!!! I am angry with the lady on the cell phone... What happened to her, do you know? Were you moving and she hit you from behind or were you at a stop? You mentioned your bike is totaled, I know you are in pain but are you thinking about a new bike already or are you going to stay off for a while? You have a Angel hanging around you. You know that you have a lot of friends and even though you have offers to help, please let me know if you need anything no matter how small or big it is in case your family is busy, I can run errands for you or anything you made need.

Sorry for your luck, can't believe all you got were 4 broken ribs (although they're rather painful). All I can say is, considering the looks of the wreckage, the Man upstairs still has some work for you to do down here before you go home. Good luck on your recovery.

That lady should never be allowed to speak on a phone, drink anything, smoke a cigarette or EVER remove her hands from the steering wheel of a car for the rest of her life. Careless damn people driving around in a 3,000 lb. projectile...GRRRRRRR!!!

Fuckin Cunt not paying attention....unbelievable and inexcusable. Driving is a privledge. IMO if you hurt someone you shouldn't be allowed to drive again you don't get redo's behind the wheel. I think that would change how a lot of people drive.
I know this country has gone sue happy and I dont promote it in most situations however with an accident of this nature and the injuries that you sustained I would recommend getting a good lawyer. Take her for what you can.
