I agree get a lawyer ASAP. They will be calling you and sending you mail without you even looking for it. Find a good one and sue the crap out of her insurance company and her personally for being on that stupid phone. Deep down inside I bet you this lady is more worried about her getting in trouble than she is about you. Stay strong and I am glad you are here to tell us about it. As you see from all these post people care about you and we can also relate to an accident like this. BTW you are very lucky that the car came to a rest on your bike and not you.
