Made some Big Dog Vinyl Decals

Bowhunter, I see it made it ok. Looks great on the new truck. How'd the application go? Thanks for posting pictures!!!

It was an easy application, I put it on dry since it is only reaching a high in the 20's today. I normally use the 'wet' method and get NO bubbles that way, but I still only got one small bubble just above the 'I' in BIG DOG which I vented with a sharp razor.

For anyone unsure on how to instal these type of decals, I found this youtube video showing the proper installation, he uses the wet method, but installing dry is the same way. Its a little long but he does a good job installing, and it seems to fit the theme.

Looking for Big Dog logo in blue and another one in white for back of helmet.

Yeah I thought about that too but then it would cost shipping rates instead of mailing rates. If I can find a large stiff envelope, I can send it it standard mail and it would only cost around $2. Trying to keep cost low to keep price down. Gonna head there today and see what they have.

Also messed around a little last night, tweaked the Big Dog decal and also made one with MOTORCYCLES on the bottom as another option. Then I made up the Logo with some flames. These are just pictures off the screen in the program, but it also gives you an idea what they look like in black.

Phatchopper300, I made a test 4" decal and put it on my skull cap, its a little tricky to put on a curved surface. First attempt I tried putting it on as is and it bunched up on the side due to the curve. Second attempt I made some relief cuts in the tape and applied slowly from the center out, but still had to stick the letters and lift it back up with the straight lines on the top and then lay them back down so they didnt bunch up. So its a little tricky but doable. But I like it... all depends on if your willing to take the chance. Heres how it looks on mine, I think it might look a little better if was left at 4" wide but resized to be a little smaller top to bottom, kind of mushed down a little.
