That's what happened here John, key got chewed up too had to just order drive gear and pinion shaft gear don't want to run them as they are. Obviously along with a gasket kit for the oil pump.Be EXTREMELY careful when installing the oil pump driveshaft clip.
I've seen failures from the clip being spread too much. That will let the key slide out of the shaft from the extra wide gap in the circlip.

Yea I'm looking and these HVHP gears are hard to find I can't actually find the one I need.Aw shit Eric. Looks like you gotta do a full rebuild or find another pump. Damnit man..... btw 585 is a good idea. May do my 107 this winter too?
