Being that the front brake rotor is a floating type, I would expect it to move a bit. However, mine seems to be excessively loose, as I can easily wiggle it around with my hand... both side to side and up and down.
I Googled this and it appears that in general people say it's normal, but I could have sworn I read somewhere a while ago that even though it is a floating rotor, it should be pretty "tight".
Does anyone here know what's normal with these brake rotors?
My dealer replaced the pins (or buttons... whatever you call them) a while ago, and if they end up needing replacing again, I will probably just replace the damn thing with a non-floating style as I am not about to shell out $100 again for those stupid pins.
Thanks in advance.
