Kickstand goes down...

What do you use to put down your kickstand when parking?

About the easiest way to describe riding in a 110 degree dry climate is a sauna. Nevada is one big fucking rock so there you go. Sometimes I want to just ride my bike right into the lake. :D

I am just glad you only had the thermostat set to 105 when I was out there... another 5 degree's would have sucked that much worse...

Trade the bike in on a newer model first. You need a 330 on the back to float Vegas!

I heard that our dogs have crappy kickstands. Something about that they are cast and not as strong as they should be. A buddy of mine who drives a MC tow truck said he's seen a few of the big dog kickstands fail when people pile a bunch of girls on the bike. Anyone else heard this?

Somewhere between Augusta and Daytona, the chrome started peeling on the mounting bracket. Looked pretty grim at the end of the trip. Dealer is gonna replace it (this time), but I be shopping for a replacement...

Thought about puting a eagle claw on mine to match the American Flame theme but, dont know if I would have enough clearance.

I'd say some guys are letting some XXXL's on their dogs! Pull on down the street to a better bar!

Badmedicene, hell I do that with my pipes. We should ride together and we would look like a stunt team, you on left turns, me on right turns! heh

I have seen a couple of posts around that seem to indicate that there could be a problem with using your foot. It was in an earlier thread. I never really saw why. Anyone have any idea?

Well its a case of an old dog learns a new trick I have always used left leg but when I saw this on the forum went out and tried it with left hand its 100% easier. thanks for teatching me just shows how important forum questions are to other people:D

If I just put my left foot back towards the kickstand it seems to land in the right place. Since I am still getting over surgery on my left shoulder, I will wait a bit before trying the hand method.
