BDM may be gone but that doesn't mean that you can't get a similar bike. The guys at Kansas Motor Works that left BDM are continuing the bikes but these don't have the issues that BDM had. No EHC...... Oh, and I have always loved that exhaust pipe like I had on my 03 Mastiff. Not many like the 2 into 1's but I do. KMW Regulator
Check them out, they look kool. My favorite bike has always been the Chopper and they have one that looks just like it and I want one. Its called the Regulator.:flag::cheers:

If, as their website says, the "bore and stroke are matched at 1-1/8 inches" it doesn't seem like it would have much power...

OK, I did the math, a twin with 1-1/8” bore and stroke works out to a little more than 2 cubic inches.

That’s pretty small.

I've owned owned two BD's the 03 Mastiff (107) and now the 05 Chopper(117). There won't be any difference in the 111 motor between the two.

Sorry guys. The correct bore should read 4-1/8". PKnowles is correct as all engines are the S&S 111. I just made the necessary changes on our page. Please let me know if you find any other typos. Also, Sheldon is not affiliated with KMW. Lastly, the bikes are available in the US if you are interested. We simply have not launched our US marketing campaign yet.

1/4" less stroke than the 117? 117= 4 1/8 x 4 3/8?

Spec sheet for the regulator says it has a 111motor.

You guys DO realize I was kidding... right?!?!? I was hoping Matt would read my post first and realize the typo. Guess my little smiley face wasn't enough...

If there's a way to take the written word wrong... it will be!

I'm not sure if this is a typo but under "Specifications" it lists the same front fork length and downtube stretch but looking at the bikes it seems they would be a little different?

But I could be wrong... :bang:

Shouldn't you be working on that EHC R.I.P. and taking pics of it (along with your model ) instead of playing on your computer?
