K9 Saddle bags

I can see the utility of the bags but dang, how much wider will they make the back of the bike????

I rather see the sissybar bags on chopper style bikes (and certain pro-streets:D )

I could really use some of those. I would want them to be easily detached. I love the convenience of the bags, but hate the looks. The bags are fine on a harley, but on a dog?? :job:

Sometimes you just have to have "function over form"!! When I go to some events and have Glenda with me I need more room not that she packs a lot with those little bikini's but she is taking up my rear seat that I usually have a large duffle bag on.
If they are quick release then I could use them to get from A to B then set up tent and remove them until it's time to go home.

:2thumbs:  :2thumbs:

Or you can leave her at home and get your rear seat back.:2thumbs:

Life inside your tent would be less fun though...

I think they look pretty good and will serve their purpose very well. But I'm not a fan on how the plate was relocated.

I could see 'em or something similar too. As Ray said esp 2-up, but hell even solo at times, maybe with clean quick release design. Not sure I like the shape of those shown but it represents whats possible. I seen plenty of wide tire baggers in Fl BW and many looked pretty nice (granted purpose built hard bags mainly).
I never go anywhere without a sissy bar bag of some size (year round) and its not all that uncommon wishing I had a bit more room even so. It seems strange to me that so many can get by without it personally even though I realize I don't usually carry much of anything in there just around town. But I do like to cruise around and find new toys to bring home...:D Besides, my bike looks nekkid without my sissy bar imo.
But with this design, why is the plate moved? Is the plate holder integrated into the saddlebag stand-offs or something? I'm not digging that part I don't think. I'm 'bout ready to try n tool my first seat; I'll be keeping all these bags in mind though for future possibilities....

While I'd love to have saddlebags on the K-9 for traveling I'm glad the ad says, "Below are some pre-production shots of what they might look like"...

I agree with a few of the above in that the bags would be great for a trip however need to be quick release. They're not all that bad looking it's more of having the ability to carry stuff. :2thumbs:

I think they look pretty good, I agree sometimes function over looks is what you have to do on long trips.....
