Do they make any other gauges? I've tried calling them a bunch of times and nobody ever answered.

Yeah I have a Jerzee on the Bagger, but i have a spare (backup) Arlen ness full kit. We were thinking of sending the bracket to his machine shop and letting them make a few for anyone wanting one, but that person would need their own gauge, oil line and fittings. Just in talks now but we were discussing a dual gauge setup also. And I know someone on the forum page use to have one but couldn't remember who. You don't happen to remember do you? Was it Erik, Jeff (dead one), I honestly can't remember but I do know they messaged me about it years ago.

Yes...they look pretty nice and like you said, they make the whole array of options (Oil, air, volts).
If they fit...perfect.

If you are having a bracket made you can tell them the hole/ holes size you need.

Yes but the bracket that we are having made is a copy of the arlen ness oil pressure bracket they use to make for our motors. The bracket can only fir a 1.5 to 1.75 inch gauge without modifying the bracket. If you use the middle and rear rocker box bolts, and put a bigger gauge in and modify the bracket it would probably dig into your inner thigh while riding. You could use the front and middle rocker box bolts depending on your air cleaner type, but I know with the S&S induction dual runner you cant use those 2 bolts because the bracket doesn't clear the air breather. Or I should say the gauge housing doesn't not the actual bracket.

I agree, I prefer to stay on the back Rocker and also find the same size gauges. Also, retaining the look/design of the Arlen ness. I had also been thinking about the possibility of the dual bracket impeding leg movement. I'll take all that into consideration before sending it.

I had already bought a really nice set of Shocks from Curtis about 18 months ago and wanted to get a few more miles on them before I changed over to air. I know once I change them the other Shocks will just end up in a box. Anyway, I've got several other things to take care of to finish up the bike so I can ride.

Here's a dual-mount setup from Wimmer. Close...but I still like the Ness styling. So, while replacing all the speedo/tach parts, I changed from the Red Dakota to the Blue because I couldn't see the red in bright sunlight. I think it would look really cool if I did a dual-mount setup (Oil pressure/Air pressure) in a Blue Digital Gauge set. Anyone familiar with the wiring??? Do I simply need a Hot/Ground for power?

It was used...off of a K9 (compressor/solenoid), Shocks not included. I saw it on eBay. They were asking $399, i got it for $275. Tested it when I got it, everything seems to work fine. Replacement compressor should still be available.

Gotcha. The shock is the hard part, not available anywhere my understanding. They are not even rebuilding them either.

Hahaha . Yeah, I figured something was up when you asked so I started searching and didn't find anything. I was under the impression that Harley had the shock I would need. I as looking at Curtis' site...did WORX originally make the shock?

I'm actually satisfied with the Shocks I got from Curtis but I thought being able to raise the bike with air to load and unload from a trailer, also a lift, would be really nice for me. I'm in no hurry, maybe a set will turn up for sale.

So this Rebuild has been a lengthy process. I've read countless old threads on the forum and spent MANY hours online searching for parts. The air ride components I found on ebay were just a chance encounter while searching for other Big Dog parts. I saw it...and bought it without much thought of obtaining the Shocks. I could have sworn that I read somewhere on the forum that there was a direct replacement shock set, a large Air shock along with a slimline to make the set. I also thought I read a somewhat recent post from Curtis that WorxShocks were back in business...but only for rebuilds. I also thought I read that they originally manufactured the BD air shock set. I did look the company up online, tried to call but it went to voice. Site says they're open. I'll try again later. Now, although I'm not in a hurry, like so many other BD parts, you BETTER get them whenever you find them. So, yes I would go ahead if I find a set.

Making progress on the Rebuild. You can see from the first two pictures what saltwater will do to a bike (Hurricane)! I've replaced all the oil pump bolts/plugs, oil Sensor, oil lines/fittings, and the drive gear. Couldn't get the OEM gear so I opted for a Short Belt Kit. Two teeth less and shorter drive belt for additional low end torque. I've got all the chrome packed up ready for SpaceCoast. Supposed to be a 6 week process. I'm thinking about doing the swingarm bushings while I've got everything tore down (If i canfind all theparts). Not sure how difficult that is but I'll look in my manual.

Hahaha ...I think this my be the 100th time I've said "Almost done"! I believe I say this more for my sake (motivation) than for others. It's felt like a marathon run and you're trying to convince yourself that the finish line is just over the next hill!

Snuffy...I REALLY do appreciate all your support and confidence in me. Persistence has paid off...I found a set of Shocks! Bran new...still in the box.
