So, had to tear down the carb, finally got the beast up and going but the carb isn’t right, so tearing it down to clean it up. Just curious as to what size jets to use. As some may know, bikes been bored and has Carillo Pistons, changed to the 600 cam. Heads have been gone through and replaced valves with valves to match what I have as well as spun drop to increase compression. So any suggestions as to what size jets I should use. Thanks in advance!

Well, My bike is 107, with 520 cam. SUper G Carb. It was Running .033 Intermediate jet, and a .074 main. with a Fixed .040 Air bleed. Ran great. Plugs look a little lean but nothing bad.

I just installed the .600 cam, and swapped to .315 intermediate, .076 main, and a .050 Air bleed. runs fine sitting still plan to test ride when weather is ok.

The Vance & Hines big radius just in case you were familiar. I have a buddy who has a factory 117 with the same exhaust with baffles and when you start my bike next to his, you can’t even hear his… it’s stupid loud and when I ran with an MC they always had me ride on the right because the bike is so loud.. lol… but after the cam and all the upgrades it’s a whole different beast.

I have LFA pipes, Just the Super Short Evo pipes like 1 foot long on rear and 1.5-2 foot long on front. Open and short. They are loud and shoot great flames. haha. Rode bike and No hiccups or dead spots. will warm bike up, put fresh plugs in and make a hard pull or two and shut it down to see what they look like once warmer weather hits. But its totally ridable and runs good with the above set up.
