Too low. I have a BSA that makes 175 in each cylinder (cold).
There are 2 camps.
Camp 1 says: We want a hot engine so things expand to running temp and that is where the compression is read.
Camp 2 says: We want to test a cold engine. If it does not start in the morning, we want to know how low this compression is.
See where your real compression number is at a cold setting? How much ring gap do we have now? Lots. So this is in need of a refresh. I'd take a guess and say in the 180's you should be at.
