surferdude....they just pop off...then I used some WD-40 to take off the glue... its nice not having that weight on the rim.....I only had the one weight on my front rim....nothing on the back....
bike rides nice with those Dyna Beads!:up: :whoop:

Wont be disappointed Pops mine went in the tires with out trouble like they said keep the valve at around 5:00 and they rolled right in. :up:

How do you know how much to put in a tire? If you have a tire that would require 2 oz of normal weight and you put in 3 oz of dyna beads what happens to the other 1 oz thats not really needed, but is in your tire? Do they just gravitate around?

Okay. Count me as a believer! At 923 miles on my new K-9, I caught a rusty wood screw in the original 300 Venom. The shop replaced it with a new Cobra and I told them "no balance please". Long story short, I removed the old weights, cleaned, polished, and reinstalled the rear wheel. Removed the valve stem, and installed the beads at about a 4 o'clock angle. A little vibration and done!

Front installation was even easier. I took it easy on the test ride, no problems at speeds up to 65. Re-checked everything and went on a poker run Saturday. IMHO, where the beads earn my respect is at speeds above 65 mph. The beads are MUCH smoother at high speed than conventional wheel weights. I'll never put that ugly lead on my rims again. Another method to get the dyna beads to flow is to place the edge of your orbital/vibrating sander on the hose, next to the edge of the valve stem. The sanders vibration will start a tornado type effect within the hose (something we're familiar with here in KS) and the beads will circle right in.
