These are the original compression releases and were a little tired.

Apply anti-seize to the threads and install new CR, make sure the washer is seated properly and torque to 37 foot pounds.

With the rocker boxes removed, it is much easier to install the rubber boot and route the wiring correctly. The kit has plenty of heat shield for the wires, I spliced mine at the same spot as original.
Once wired, I pulled the green wire from the starter and tested, as long as the start button was held down, the CR stayed down.

Clean off all the loctite from the bolts and cap screws, (this will eliminate false torque readings), run them down in the heads, should go in easily by hand.

Torque the four 5/16" cap screws/bolts to 18 foot pounds, crisscross pattern as shown in the manual.
Torque the six rocker box cap screws to 18 foot pounds, and the two 1/4" cap screws to 8 foot pounds (100-120 inch pounds)

Was wondering about where you got 37lbs, since BigDog list 35 in the manual. Y'all are welcome for that S&S 117 manual..lol

Just for the record to keep it all in this post S&S manual states 32-37lb torque with antiseize. Big Dog just states 35lb with antiseize. I would stick with what Dougie posted to try and prevent them from flying out down the road, they are under a lot of pressure.

Nice work Doug

When dealing with small torque values I have a tendency to stick to the higher end of the range. Just habit..
