How Screwed am I?

Dammit, I am so ashamed. Total rookie mistake. Over torqued the Jam Nut on the Clutch Adjustment Screw on my 2004 117 Ridgeback, and this happened. 1.) how screwed am I and 2.) where can I get a replacement adjustment screw if I can manage to get this out?

Common part being a left side drive...you can find them on Ebay or Harley shop

I was thinking of putting some JB Weld on an Allen Key, sticking it to what's left of the adjuster, and trying to back it out that way. Thoughts? Is there a better way?

You could try that, not sure if it would work? Probably drill a little deeper than a easy out?

If you know how to take the clutch pressure plate apart its easy to fix. That allen bolt you are referring too stick out past the pressure plate on the back side around 1" to 1 1/2"

If you chose to remove the pressure plate then remove those 3 bolts...back them off a little at a time or you will bend the diaphragm spring...once you get them removed then pull the holding ring and diaphragm spring off
..then remove pressure plate and you are there...install in reverse order and do not over tighten the 3 bolts as they bottom out and have x amount of torque which is not much

I’m going to try to gently tap it out with a screwdriver, if that’s doesn’t work I’ll try the drill.

It's easier to do than take the outer primary cover off honestly...

If you drill it you are taking a serious chance of messing up.the pressure plate...the screw should not be tight in the pressure plate because the jam nut is what hold it in there... it should spin out pretty easy

Drill a small diameter hole and use an extractor together with a drill. Should come out.

Blacktopper always uses a left-handed drill bit—lots of time it pulls out the bolt while driving.
