Help with electrical

so I'm kinda stumped. i need a detailed diagram for bigbear choppers with the wireplus my buddies wiring shorted out and i had thought someone built it. And so i kept taking it apart trying to make sense of it. Finally he told me someone didn't just wire it, its a factory harness. the controllers shot didn't know about wireplus. now i need to get it back with relays instead of that controller.....but there's some wires i cant find, and some extras. we used to just start running wires...not like that anymore.
can anyone help? i been 5 days trying to figure it out. thanks so much.

Wires Plus WAS based in Winfield Kansas and is a long gone company. Closed doors around 2013 I think? Someone may have spare parts but it aint likely.
