Help Picking A New Cam
Ok so ive had a s&s 585 cam now for about a year i have the thunderheart ignition, thunderjetted the carb, d&m spike air cleaner and big radius pipes and its ok in my honest opinion but isnt quite all that i was hoping or looking for.....so here i am again looking for a new cam. After reading everyones input on many past threads i decided to see if all you guys that know all about cams can help me make a decision. Im looking for a cam that just sounds nasty (think the term is overlap) i want something thats deep and i guess you would say slow. I heard a fellow big dog owners bike one day and it was just wicked sounding with a 107 cu in in it to boot but i never thought to ask. So im looking for that as well as i like my 585 when it comes to low end cause honestly i ride it like i stole it but if i could i would def love more low end as well. So i guess to sum it up im looking for a cam that has a lot of low end and a slow deep overlap that sounds badass any help or advice on that and what all the cam numbers mean would be greatly appreciated or if someone knows or has what im looking for even better and let me know. Thanks
