Gas Tank Rubber Wash?

I tore my 09 Mastiff down about 6 years ago and can't remember what to do with the rubber washers for the gas tank. I remember they were under the tank but can't remember how they stayed there. Any suggestions?

8 Rubber Washers, and I can't remember what the clamp is for. Definitely didn't take pictures of those. Lol

Ive got ones like that on my 04 Pit. They go in tank eyelets. Crap, looks like I could use a new set.
