I have an 03 pit bull some times it seams to run out of gas or lose fuel for a min turn off and wait five min starts and runs fine for a bit.my question is the gas caps fit very tight are these caps and tanks vented some way and its putting my fuel system in a vacuum and not letting enough fuel to my carb at times
