Fuel pump gets no power.

When you pulled the fuel assembly out and replaced the fuel pump did you examine the housing that holds the regulator for cracks or damaged ears that hold the regulator in place? If your loosing pressure inside the tank you may have a gas leak inside the tank. Does your bike start up for a few seconds then die and or just run poorly. All of my bikes have been carb's never owned a EFI model.

It turned out that the rear sensor is fine and the problem is with the rear cylinder not getting power. The injectors are working fine, I can see it once I connect the bike to the comp. The cylinder is not getting hot. I also disconnected the plug wire while it was running and nothing changed, same shaking. I believe it is either the coil or the plug, possibly the wire. If I am not mistaken the coil is: S&S High Output 0.5Ohm Single Fire Coil. Which wires and plugs would you recommend?

There is a test function in Protune that you can test outputs like injectors and front and rear cylinder fire.

Remove the plug, and activate the output. If it dosent fire, check the input to the coil is there. If it is, then replace the coil.

There is only one version (OEM) I have found for EFI bikes.

I prefer E3 for my EFI bike -- they run really well.
