I still think you should adjust the fall rate on your forks. You don't have a long front end and with 2500 members here you are the first to bring this up so might just be your trees are loose.
Ray I will not dismiss that possiblity as well. Also not having driven a 38 degree rake bike for any true time frame-well-drivers ability might be a factor.
Check these guys out, they have a ton of different ones that may work. Just measure your lowers and figure out the center distance. Maybe you would get lucky and just have to bore out the lower leg portion. The fork brace I have (gas posted) would not work with the fender.
