Sorry to hear about that Carlos, I now have drop foot on my right foot after the accident so I know what you mean. I can lift it a little just not all the way and it's not strong, I know I wouldn't be able to shift up with it that's for sure. Luckily for me it's the right foot not the left.Mine hasn't seen the highway for some time now. It runs, I crank her up every week, wipe it down and ride it back into the Garage. It all started that I would ride it because I had drop foot and couldn't shift very well. Well that developed into Neuropathy of the lower extremities so now I don't feel my feet. I do have the new Heel Toe shifter and I can ride it to get gas and so on but not too far. I usually ride my Tri-Glide, I don't want to drop the dog as do lose my balance once in a while. I don't want to sell it so I may have it converted to a trike later on if I don't die first.

I hope it gets better for you and me! I've been getting better I think but understand the balance concerns too
