Will an 05 thunder heart unit,non fuel inj,work on my 04.cant find one for an 04

If your talking about the ignition module, no, 04 were duel fire and the 05 are single fire. You will have to change the coil also.

Is there anything you can recommend as a replacement I can't find anything like what's on there now
