Align the bike yourself, I rarely see them aligned properly from a dealership. Get the axle square by measuring, and set belt tension. Then watch the belt track while the rear wheel is off the ground. Make sure it isn't riding on either edge of the pulley. If it is, adjust the rear wheel on either side to get it tracking right. Doesn't have to be perfectly centered, just make sure it's not rubbing either side. Don't be concerned about making the rear wheel crooked, but if you have to go more than about 1/8" out of alignment you may have another issue.
