Just my thoughts

Careful with the cam lift so high. Most people who have that much lift complain the torque comes in too late:down:. Whose cam is this? We have installed many W9B 630 lift cam and had customers complain right from the start. Sluggish, not happy trying to ease around town. But happy with WOT!:2thumbs: The numbers are very high with the mods you have listed. Better realistic numbers are 120 to 125 HP. We are the only S&S certified shop and Dyno tuning center in GA. We turn out lots of fast Big Dogs motorcycles every week. Just wanted to give my input. Ask questions first. What’s you application for use? Street or Strip? :hi:

bikersdream is right on. I have a 05 bd with 640 cam heads done by john sach g carb with thunderjet and aftermarket ign. and rbracing pipe. power on dyno is 123hp and you can definitly feel the power turn on later in the rpm's. to me it seems a little dead on the bottom side but i love it. any more power or torque down low would just spin the tire even more than what it does.

It is the S&S 640 cam with the Dyna2000I igition and head work. After looking at other dynos I am thinking around 125-130 I hope. The bike takes off a lot faster than it used to but I did not have time to ride around much the weather has been shitty. This weekend is suppose to be nice so I will get a better feel for it then. I just wanted a little more power since my buddies have several mods on their bikes and I just did not out run them like I thought I should. Plus the wife will be on the back of it most of time. Hopefully next week we will get a dyno done.

Another round please
130 is no way with only those mods. Blowing smoke up your ass. But who cares. Ride it like you stole it.

I sent my top end to Mega Flow had him port the heads bigger valves bore the carb zero deck etc he recommended the S&S cam with 640 lift change springs and change lifters to HLT and of course the ignition was changed to Daytona Twin Tec I did all that and only got 124 128 at the rear wheel but this was who S&S recommended so I quess unless you install nitrous it is what it is

finally got some riding in since the mods.I will say low end torque is not what I expected but once she gets going you had better have your little star puckered to the seat or she will throw you right off!!! I used to have real bad decel pop but he rejetted again for me and now it is almost gone. The sound is deeper also. the Banditt clutch has yet to come in so I am still waiting on that. If anyone has thought about doing this I would say do it....I don't ride hard and fast all the time, but when my buddies want to its nice to know the BIG DOG WILL BE LEADING THE PACK!!!

I purchased my 06 Ridgeback from a guy in Panama City Beach Florida last year in February. The bike was in great condition. It came with a ness 90 degree air filter
different jets and the big radius exhausts. But man when I twisted on the throttle the
bike pulled so hard that all I could say was SHIT! Today a year later I'm very much happy with my purchase. I love the power of this bike!
