EHC Update....

@Jersey Big Mike...yup! Fucking awesome answer....but, what I am assuming caused it, was all that oil leakage, oil pressure, pushrods being clogged....I cleaned everything, but in the end, I neglected to change out spark plugs...for others, this can ALSO happen if you let your bike sit for months and months at a time....even if you drain your fuel, your spark plug(s) can become crusted with oil...and if you try and start your bike up after letting it sit for EON's....it won't fire...the oil on your plugs is CRUSTED solid.....

May start doing videos again if I get my commercial/storage space set up soon....maybe....UGH...back to my BG products patronage...and I love of their products (saved me a ton of money and time over the years)....I will be using one of their NEWEST products to clean the INSIDE of my engine (not available retail/online yet-only through a BG dealer), recently released...the rep asked me to try it on my S&S motorcycle engine (it's made for well, cars, but...hey, I'll give it a shot) from the BG rep in CO that works with my cousin's audi shop (he's the guy that turned us onto their products years ago)..all on the down low...it's an internal engine cleaner, with another product to remove the cleaner....However, if you are in CA, Wildsteedworx is an authorized BG dealer and can do ANY of their services...their products even come with a warranty which they stand behind 100%...fuel injection cleaning, Engine cleaning BG Products, carb cleaning, engine additives...all their great products with BG's warranty and Curtis' knowledge and the correct tools to do the job...

so, can anyone guess what happened tonight? On my daily ride before speedo pool dip? I fixed all the clogged pushrods, no more oil leaks or blow by or oil coming out of my vent tube-running like a champ no EHC problems-have been riding it HARD for weeks....? remember all my problems before answering, all is good....but, does anyone care to take a guess why I was running on ONLY ONE cylinder tonight the last 20 miles home? HINT: Coming home after a 100+ ride...lost power...and I was running on ONE cylinder (the rear-can you guess how hot a S&S cylinder gets when you are only running on one cylinder - that's a bonus question....but HOLY FUCKING SHIT it gets FUCKING hotttttttt) and yes, touching the spark plug wire, riding down the road for the non working front cylinder woke me up.....hmmmmmm.....As soon as I got home, I fixed it....so...any guesses? And then, why did it cause that?......
Just a thought MM. You may want to replace your plug wires as well since it jolted you. If that's what you meant by"hmmmm"

Hey Mark does BG still put the chips in their cans that you can redeem.
I’ve been out of the automotive wrenching for so long That I had forgotten all about them.

ON that note, I know we're bikers...I'm a german car, heineken drinking ASS..........but...did you know if you walk into ANY FERRARI dealership...they have BG products on their shelves........in their show rooms and use them on ferraris...just food for thought....

@LHS If they were 'gold' colored, you'd be rich in Mongolian money....hahahahah

But, me, I like throwing denture cleaning tablets in my tank, the 3 minute ones work great......

I do have a few gold ones still in there LOL.
But like I say it’s been so long since I’ve wrenched on cars professionally that I don’t remember what the gold ones were in but I believe they were in the injector flushing cans.
I was just curious if they still did that or not. Those ones have been laying in my toolbox for like 20 years. I used to fill that drawer up with those in like two weeks15AA2B68-4A12-44CF-B992-A6205774D3CD.jpeg
