Curtis is top notch, as is Donna and Derek, as is Carlos and most of the members one here. But the BDM guys trying to get this brand up and running again missed the class "customer service 101". Hopefully a few emails/letters from ALL of us here will change the direction they're heading right now.

I can't say personally, but from what I am reading if the New Big Dog don't start gett'n with da program it could be a problem.
