Curtis is top notch, as is Donna and Derek, as is Carlos and most of the members one here. But the BDM guys trying to get this brand up and running again missed the class "customer service 101". Hopefully a few emails/letters from ALL of us here will change the direction they're heading right now.

I think the problem is they are bike builders not businessmen. They need to hire someone with business sense or they soon won't have any business.

Damn I think we agree on 2 things, I've been saying that all along, I don't like to, but I will pay more for something that has better customer service any day over poor or no service.

Yep that's for sure, and like you said, it's not just the vendors, Ker, Carlos, and many others have helped me in so many ways, truly priceless! :old2: I can't say personally, but from what I am reading if the New Big Dog don't start gett'n with da program it could be a problem.
