No problem BigDognSoCal!!! Your past posts make a lot more sense now!
I'm now researching the xxx carb. There's just something I can't get my brain wrapped around though, which is this:
"Can I install just the booster kit into my existing carb, or does the whole thing need to be rebuilt in some way?"
I noticed on their web site that they have an exchange program, but they also talk about their 'Original Booster Kit' and that it can easily be installed in minutes.
Perhaps the exchange program is for those who want to go from an 'E' to a 'G' carb, or just want the bigger, bored out carb?
It would appear that the 'E' carb is made for engines less than 96 cu, so with my 117 cu, wouldn't I want to go with the 'G'?
Thanks guys for all of your input... sorry if I'm coming across as being a bit on the stupid side with all this. But as one person posted, it's always fun learning about this stuff!
