Reason for this...

Dyna Beads shows 1 oz for a 80-120mm tire. The 120 is right on the border of 1 oz and with billet wheels and the over length front ends, the little bit of out of balance gets amplified. I have had about 2-3 people, when I first started selling the Beads, that said they still had a touch of vibration with 1 oz installed.

So all my BDM bike kits come with 2 oz for the front tire. Too much will never hurt a thing with these beads, so a little much is better than not enough!!!:2thumbs:

Some guys are still looking the bikes up and "piecing" together separate kits with 1 oz for the front tire just to save a couple bucks, but they will find out that 1 oz won't do the job!!

I put 2 oz. in the front and 3 oz. in the back...and took the weight off of the front wheel....that was at 5000 miles...now have 7828 miles on the bike....and tires roll smooth:up: I even have a extra 2 and 3 oz. bag so when its time for new tires...I will be good to go! These have been used in Semi tires for probably 8-10 years!!!

The small 1mm beads just came out that fit through the valve stem in the last 3 years.

I posted these up on my car site and found out some intersting info. They don't recommend them in racing situations or high speed turns. I have to admit that in a high speed turn on the bike I've noticed a funky feeling.http://www.innovativebalancing.com/LowProfileTires.pdf I'll see if it's just in my head on the next ride. LOL

I don't know but might have experenced this shake at over 100mph going into a sweeper "onramp" last weekend the front end shook a bit then calmed down while I was feathering the brakes ??? Don't know if the beads had anything to do with this its not a daily thing for me 100mph . It don't really make sense that it would cause this but ?????

What do you mean "in the last 3 years"? So old vlv stems they may not go thru? I have experienced this...

The bike tires are not wide and flat enough to be affected in corners. It would be like in 18"+ car and truck wheels with 30 to 40 series tires at high G-force cornering. I have sold these to a hand full of guys with Corvettes and to a ton of guys with low profile tires on 20/22/24" rims and never a cornering vibration complaint yet.

As for bikes, even a 330 wide tire is too rounded for high speed cornering to affect the balancing.

Appreciate it Jake. I have an extra set of race rims and tires being made for the car so I'll leave the beads out. I've never noticed a cornering vibration in the car at high speed. I was riding in some heavy wind for a while.

I have been using these in my mud truck with up to 49" tires on them and they are the shit!!!!!! Theres not even a big enough machine around here to even attempt to balance those big tires but the beads do the deed!!!!!

Put 2oz in front and it took most of the bounce out. the bounce is at 50 to55. Added a little more but still a slight bounce. how much is too much to add? 02 pit with a mh90-21/ 33psi.

i dont know anything about dyna beads but for the guys with 20 inch or bigger wheels on your suvs that have vibration problems,have your tire store check those tires for road force variation if you havent done so already.this is the cause of many vibrations.mobsta

2 oz should be more than enough. How much factory lead weight did you take off the wheel?

Rear tire can be causing the front to have a bounce. Dealer told me that. Mine did. I could see the front bounce a bit at about 72-75 mph and after I put my new rear tire on it was gone.
